About the Role: The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale application and/or transformational projects through the full project lifecycle and possess strong leadership and communication skills. Job Title: Technical Project Manager Key Responsibilities: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs are addressed and expectations are managed. Ensure quality assurance processes are executed to ensure successful project implementation. Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize project risks. Facilitate smooth transitions and ensure that employees, stakeholders, and the organization as a whole are prepared for and adapt to the changes effectively. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. Minimum Qualifications: 7-10 years of experience as a Project Manager. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and influence teams. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and application development processes. Experience in risk management, quality assurance, and stakeholder management. Desired Qualifications: Experience in organizational change management is highly desired. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is highly desirable. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Location: Fully Onsite in Rancho Cordova, CA Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $90,000 - $130,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
