***Employment starts mid-May. Operations open for Memorial Day Weekend.*** Position Summary: Aerial Adventure Attendants will operate , oversee, and assist guests to safely navigate the aerial course. Positions start in mid-May and end in October. These are seasonal, hourly positions. Part-time and weekend positions are available from Memorial Day until mid- June, when full-time hours will be available. Responsibilities and Duties: Attentive to patrons on the courses. Facilitate proper harnessing of patrons. Always include medical exclusions before patrons are harnessed up. Confirm all patrons meet course requirements. Punctual for all shifts. Helpful and friendly interaction with guests and fellow staff members. Ensure that proper inspections have been completed prior to opening any course. Facilitate course maintenance and repair as directed by management / supervisor. Qualifications: 18 or over. Safety conscious. Customer service oriented. Available weekends and holidays. Able to move to and from different workstations and able to move arms and hands. Able to read and comprehend safety and operational guidelines and regulations. Able to lift between 35 and 40 pounds. Able to stand for extended periods of time, work outdoors and withstand variable weather conditions. Punctual and prepared to perform work duties. Able to work under minimum supervision. Submit to a Criminal Background Check (CORI).
