Back to Basics Learning Dynamics is seeking s candidate for a daytime Middle School and High School In Person Teacher with knowledge of various core subjects - math, social studies, science, for teaching in a correctional facility in the Wilmington, Delaware area. The person should also possess a Special Education background to work with the students' varied abilities. Join a team to make a difference! Type: For for remainder of the 2023 - 2024 school year Schedule: Daytime teacher position for the rest of the 2023-2024 school year. Hours, 8:00 - 4:00 p.m. Description/Clientele: Middle School and High School Students, Grades 6 through 12 Job Requirements: A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, excluding student teaching, of grade levels being requested. A minimum of a bachelor’s degree. Have experience working in a correctional facility Ability to teach both middle school and high school core subjects. Monitoring the completion of students' assignments Must have experience in and proficiency with written documentation regarding lessons and student progress, as well as assignment grading. Must be available for daytime teaching between the hours of 8:00 - 4:00 p.m. Certification in Special Education is an absolute requirement for this position as well as core subject certification.
