Job ID: 24-01546 Programmer III - AMX/Crestron Greensboro, NC MUST: Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain a clearance requiredExperienced Programmer5 plus years of experience creating, analyzing, and modifying programming systems including encoding, debugging, and documenting programs5 plus years of experience working with AMX/Crestron languages5 plus years of experience with A/V telecommunicationsProficient with Microsoft Office suiteProficient in the usage of AutoCADExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsExcellent sales and customer service skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesAvixa CTS, CTS-I or CTS-D certifications are highly desiredOther industry/manufacturer certifications such as Crestron, AMX, Extron, C#, ClearOne, Biamp, or Polycom are a plusBachelor s degree in Computer Science or related degree with 1-2 years of experience OR 8-10 years of experience DUTIES: Develop device/system modules to be reused on standard systemsWork closely with the Director to develop/modify standards of controlDesign and program commercial control systemsLoad and troubleshoot control system programs onsite, update control system software and firmware, and provide online and phone support for control systems and programsAct as a consultant to the customers when designing custom user interfaces, create custom user interfaces for control systemsWork within tight timescales as part of a high-performing team and complete assigned proposal and project tasks within budget and scheduleProvide guidance and assist the installation personnel in the implementation and deployment of the engineered solutions in assigned projectsProvide technical guidance to colleagues and other teams by participating in sales presentation, conference calls, and customer meetings as needed to generate profitable revenue opportunitiesResearch, develop, and apply new and existing technologies to create new products or methodologies or enhance and improve existing products or methodologiesGenerate and execute test and acceptance test plans in-house and on-siteWork effectively across cross-functional lines, in coordination with others involved in operations, marketing, sales, finance, logistics, and maintenance services Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
