Maintenance Technician - Full Time

Collins, MS
Description:
Must be familiar with building maintenance techniques, equipment, and operation of pluming and heating systems, sanitation, electrical systems, carpentry and fire and safety regulations and procedures. Maintenance technician must have a general knowledge and ability to detect malfunctioning equipment. Excellent communications skills required. Current Mississippi Driver License required. One year experience with an emphasis in electrical work and Hvac strongly preferred.
