Job Description:NiteLines USA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Manager to join our team. As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to individuals in need in Douglas County and the surrounding areas, helping them navigate through various challenges and access necessary resources. Your expertise in social work, workforce development, motivational interviewing, addiction counseling, section 8, behavioral health, and crisis management will be essential in assisting clients in achieving their goals.Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and develop individualized care plans- Provide counseling and support services to clients facing various challenges such as addiction, mental health issues, homelessness, or unemployment- Collaborate with community organizations and agencies to connect clients with appropriate resources and services- Advocate for clients' rights and ensure they receive the necessary support and assistance- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to care plans as needed- Assist clients in accessing housing options such as Section 8 or other affordable housing programs- Provide crisis intervention and manage emergency situations effectively- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and progressQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in social work or related field (master's degree preferred)- Proven experience in case management or related field- Strong knowledge of social work principles and practices- Familiarity with workforce development programs and resources- Proficiency in motivational interviewing techniques- Experience in addiction counseling is highly desirable- Knowledge of Section 8 housing programs is a plus- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment- Strong organizational skills with attention to detailWe offer competitive compensation packages and opportunities for professional growth.
