Job Title: Accounts Receivable Associate/Clerk Department: Accounting Role and Responsibilities: - Posting and reconcile cash daily-Email customers in regards to short paid invoices-Process credit card payments-Create and maintain updating customer accounts-Send credit inquires to banks and business references-Update and maintain customers sale tax exemptions-Create and maintain customer's sales concessions, price group, and trade agreement pricing-Process credit/bill for taxes-Emailing invoices on customers portals-Maintain miscellaneous non AR data sheet-Update invoices for shipping in order-Maintain scrap tickets, determine pricing, and create invoices Qualifications and Preferred Skills: -Basic understanding of accounting principles-Ability to calculate and manage accounting figures-Data Entry-Detail oriented-Accountability-Multi-Tasking-Microsoft Excel-AX Dynamics-Team Player Physical Demands: -Must be able to sit for long periods of time-Must be able to proficiently use a telephone and computer -Must be able to stand, walk reach with hands and arms, kneel or crouch and stoop occasionally-Must be able to occasionally lift and/ or move up to 35 lbs Hours: Monday-Friday 8am to 5pmWe have an excellent benefit package, including a 5% employer match on 6% employee contribution to 401 (k), Paid vacation and PTO available annually. Medical, dental and vision benefits offered the first month after hire. There is also a competitive starting wage based on experience.
