What we are looking for: Ambitious and passionate with a proven track record in providing exceptional customer service. Effective decision maker and communicator with proven relationship building skills. A highly motivated self-starter with a tenacious personality that has an interest and passion for working in education. Strong organisational skills and able to work well within a team. Duties/responsibilities include: Manage and coordinate employability officers to ensure placements are sourced, students supported, and employers receive high levels of customer service. Coordinate work placements and employability activities for all curriculum area. Develop strong relationships with new employers and build capacity and opportunities for work placements, act as key contact for existing employers. Identify and develop new opportunities for work placements with both existing and new clients. Work with employability officers and curriculum staff to achieve successful work placement programme Manage, develop and maintain client relationships. Support students and curriculum staff with employability skills, work ready skills and provide resources and guidance. Monitor and report on work placements through GROFAR software update client information, interaction with students.
