Every IM works independently on their incidents engaging with other members of the team when they are physically or technically unable to process the incidents. It is important that they communicate effectively within the team to ensure they receive the relevant level of support. The IMs are empowered to manage any incidents that is presented to the team, ensuring even when within their capabilities to manage that they escalate for awareness or even perception issues external of this team. Understanding you have the authority to request whatever support is require / reasonable. There is massive variety of incidents that are raised, the key is being able to take the skills you have picked up from one contract and even if the support teams are different be able to make informed decisions and drive resolution on your experience.
