A Housing Association based in South London is currently recruiting for a Heating Compliance Manager to join their Team as soon as possible. This is an ongoing contract on full time basis offering hybrid working from the office in Croydon, the ideal candidate will have experience as a Compliance Manager within a Housing environment, ideally overseeing, Gas, Heating or Electrical Compliance. A Housing Association based in South London is currently recruiting for a Heating Compliance Manager to join their Team as soon as possible. This is an ongoing contract on full time basis offering hybrid working from the office in Croydon, the ideal candidate will have experience as a Compliance Manager within a Housing environment, ideally overseeing, Gas, Heating or Electrical Compliance. The purpose of the role is to support Heat network repairs and maintenance contract administration and monitor supplier performance including generation of management reports. Responsibilities: Monitoring of supplier performance including generation of management reporting Forecast budgets and control expenditure Onboarding of newly developed properties Organising and handling asset and compliance data Collating contract information and data on performance Co-ordinating projects and arranging check-ins with relevant people Ensuring maintenance programmes and repairs are carried out to deadlines Producing resident contact lists and handling data in accordance with GDPRDealing with customer queries and complaints Implement strategies for continuous improvement Dealing with CRM queries Delivering customer satisfaction measures Administrative duties The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering £35 per hour Umbrella LTD Inside IR35.
