As a Brand Manager, you'll closely collaborate with our Senior Brand Manager, playing a pivotal role in shaping our brands' future and contributing to their success. Join us on this journey of creativity, innovation, and brand excellence. As a Brand Manager, your responsibilities will span a range of vital tasks crucial to our brands' success. You'll lead in developing and executing brand plans, working closely with our global marketing teams to ensure consistency and excellence. Your creative mindset will shine as you partner with external agencies to deliver integrated brand communications that resonate with consumers across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Senior Brand Manager to implement annual brand plans that foster brand development. Partner with external agencies for seamless delivery of integrated brand communications. Assist global marketing teams in maintaining brand consistency across markets, utilizing content and assets from activations. Contribute to trade marketing plans, optimizing in-store sales for our brands. Collaborate cross-functionally to successfully introduce new products to the market. Lead range management, identifying enhancement opportunities and suggesting adjustments. Enhance brand value through comprehensive 360-degree marketing plans. Execute the social media strategy, working closely with the Senior Brand Manager and Digital Marketing Manager. Manage daily brand activities including budget oversight, product changes, fact sheets, POS stock management, etc. Monitor and report on brand performance using financials, market data, and brand tracking to gain insights and make recommendations...
