Automotive Facilities Manager Location: Chipping Warden Contract Inside IR35 We are currently recruiting for an Automotive Facilities Manager for an Automotive Supercar OEM, on an ongoing contract basis, based in Chipping Warden. The Automotive Facilities Manager is responsible for the daily site operations, directing and organising site activities to ensure that planned work is delivered safely, on time; and monitoring that performance is in line with the standard operating procedures. The role provides leadership and guidance across the various supplier teams on the site, ensures that all teams are operating and executing daily deliverables as per the agreed goals, whilst providing a platform and agreed escalation processes to address factors impacting operational effectiveness or underperformance. Completes all necessary internal reporting to a high standard and leads by example when interfacing with external parties such as suppliers, project stakeholders, sub: contractors, and agency staff. Ensures collaboration and clear communication across all supplier teams to ensure effective processing of vehicles. Continual focus on vehicle maintenance with site cleanliness an important factor. Co: ordinates cross functional activities when situations fall out of process and makes recommendations for future process improvements based on findings. The role of the Automotive Facilities Manager: Deliver the planned work safely and on time, adhering to the requirements of the business operations and daily goals. Maintaining accurate records of site resources, operational deliverables, and performance KPIs Define and manage escalation process to ensure timely notification of key stakeholders. Provide sufficient and timely supervision, backssment and coaching to ensure sub: contractors are performing to agreed production and quality levels.
