Sales Administrator Outskirts of Bury St Edmunds Monday to Thursday Temp to Perm Our prestigious client, a global provider of specified testing equipment and Since 1963 Uson is seeking a part time sales administrator over a 4 day working week (Monday to Thursday). This position will be temporary, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. The candidate would be comfortable dealing with timesheets, sales order entry, and answering client phone calls. Experience within the manufacturing industry is preferred but not essential. Daily duties: Sales order entry Shipping : as and when Time sheet processing Purchasing : as and when Answer and delegate phone calls to right department Updating CRM systems weekly to provide guidance and details for collections weekly Review and issue invoices to customers Collections : or phone; making contact with customers Knowledge and Skills Effective user of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and confident in use of bespoke software packages. Experience within an administration role Logistics or manufacturing experience preferred Excellent communicator Comfortable with element of finance assisting Why work with Hales?
