Playground is rapidly expanding and is currently seeking an energetic and talented Waiter / Waitress to join our dynamic and guest-centric team. We are seeking skilled Waitresses / Waiters to take orders and serve food and beverages to our customers. Your main responsibilities will include greeting and serving customers, providing detailed knowledge on all menus and collecting payments. To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction. Have detailed knowledge of all menu items. Make recommendations and respond to inquiries concerning menu items. Take customer’s orders and serve food & beverages. Clear and clean tables. Collect and process payments. Balance your cash at the end of each shift. Requirements: Must be bilingual (English and French). Previous working experience as a Waitress / Waiter required. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Must be able to work on your feet for the duration of the shift. Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
