Due to growth, we are looking to add a Recruitment Resourcer to the team with a focus on providing an effective, efficient resource solution to an established team of Contract Recruitment Consultants. Key duties and responsibilities will include (not be limited to) Responsibility for sourcing a wide range of candidates within the mechanical and electrical building services, facilities management and construction built environment sectors to include (not limited to) Labour/Construction Operatives and Ground: Workers Grounds Maintenance Cleaning Operatives and Caretakers Electricians : Maintenance and Installation Plumber : Maintenance and Installation Facilities Assistants Sourcing of candidates by way of CV applications and utilising social media and job: boards Engaging with candidates to arrange interviews and temporary/contract assignments Liaising with clients to arrange candidate(s) interview and temporary/contract assignments Engaging with candidates to ensure the receipt of relevant compliance, qualifications/certification and GDPR documentation Management of RPO portals, uploading candidate CVs to set vacancies and subsequently arranging interview(s) and temporary assignments. Uploading of candidate compliance information to the CMMS system. Liaising with candidates and clients to ensure that timesheets are collated promptly and processed Writing and placing of vacancy adverts and uploading to the relevant job: boards and social media marketing Liaising with payroll companies Ad: hoc administration to include formatting of candidate CVs.
