Here's how an Human Resources Coordinator for our Montreal office contributes to our team: Responsibilities Leads the process for the district’s student program; plans and organizes college recruiting activities, including orientations, events, networking with colleges and universities, managing databases, and coordinating interviews. Provides support to HRPD team in recruiting and on boarding practices (entry-to mid-level positions). Provides administrative support to HRPD programs and policy administration as first point of contact. Participates in district HRPD strategic planning process. Provides support on district-level projects/initiatives as assigned. Assists with research and general administrative support pertaining to total rewards. Provides administrative support for career management process and systems. Provides administrative support for terminations. Maintains and prepares scheduled and ad hoc reporting as needed. Provides support to employees and HRPD team on HRIS system and company communications. Assists with coordination and administration of training and facilitation plans/programs. Provides implementation support to district HRPD manager on corporate and regional initiatives. Participates in regional/national initiatives.
