Lead Support Worker Lymington, West Hampshire Permanent, 1 Full Time position available (37.5 hpw) Pay £11.51 per hour (£22,500 pa), and great benefits including health cash plan Home, a place where you belong Want to be part of a team that really cares and empowers you to help change a customer’s life for the better? As our Lead Support Worker, you’ll be at the heart of supporting our customers who have complex mental health needs to develop their skills to live more independently in the community. You’ll make a big difference each day as you help our customers achieve their hopes and aspirations. Amazing we know! Our customers live in a purpose-built property which comprises self-contained flats and bedrooms with shared facilities; our property is close to the town centre, so we have the town just a few minutes’ walk away. We have parking on site, useful for popping to the shops on your break! Typical day as a Lead Support Worker (known by us as Co-ordinator) Creating support plans with your customers. Helping customers with daily living activities such as making meals, shopping, budgeting, maintaining their tenancy and moving onto independent accommodation if they are able. Carrying out risk backssments, support planning, goal setting and regular reviews. Cuppas, chats and catch ups. There’s no rushing from one customer to the next here!
