Job Title: Residential Scheme Manager Contract: Permanent Hours: Full time Location: West Susinteraction DBS: Enhanced Salary: £30,000 per annum plus generous benefits package Purpose of the Role I am representing a client based in West Susinteraction, who are looking for an experienced Residential Scheme Manager for one of its housing schemes Job Title: Residential Scheme Manager Contract: Permanent Hours: Full time Location: West Susinteraction DBS: Enhanced Salary: £30,000 per annum plus generous benefits package Purpose of the Role I am representing a client based in West Susinteraction, who are looking for an experienced Residential Scheme Manager for one of its housing schemes based in East Grinstead. You will play a key part in maintaining our tenants’ independence, you will deliver all aspects of support and housing management, enabling them to stay in their own homes for as long as possible. You will be provided with a one-bedroom apartment located on the scheme. Job Role Visiting tenants and backssing their needs, providing a quality housing management service. Produce support plans to help them achieve their goals. Liaise with support services, facilitate social activities, and ensure that access to services is exactly as it should be. Manage a small team consisting of 2 Estate Managers to deliver a successful Scheme service. Be the first point of contact for visitors to the Scheme and will be responsible for overseeing, inspecting and reporting any health and safety issues and managing the risk management system for the Scheme. Requirements Experience of undertaking a similar role. Excellent communication and people management skills are required. The ideal candidate will have a passion and understanding of the needs of older people. Non-residential candidates may be considered if they live close to the Scheme, however due to the size of the Scheme a residential scheme manager is preferred, and part of the role involves being on-call on a.
