Job Description The CMO Order and Supply Manager is responsible for DS, DP and/or FG CMO and inter-company management. This person carries - for the assigned products - the End to End responsibility in execution, from the handover of the Supply Plan from Supply Planning, until the delivery of the internal and/or external manufactured product to the next Supply Chain node/Hub. This role could cover the Global roles of Master Production Scheduler, Customer Service coordinator, Replenishment coordinator, Artworks coordinator and Distribution Manager relevant to the management of internal and external sites. The CMO Order and Supply Manager is accountable for ensuring quality supply of products to patients from assigned internal and external sites through management from planning to execution. This position is a key interface between Global/Regional Supply Chain Planning, Logistics, Procurement, Manufacturing Units, Quality Organization, internal and external sites, and has the responsibility of balancing Roche's demand requirements with the sites operational capacity and contractual requirements. The CMO Order and Supply Manager must be able to build and maintain relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders and participate/lead discussions, problem solving efforts and process improvements to ensure that performance targets are met or exceeded. Responsibilities Based on department and business needs, the CMO Order and Supply Manager can be responsible for all or a subset of the following: • Manage the performance process (e. g. supplier delivery performance) for assigned products. Lead RCA (Root Cause Analysis) processes and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively • Budget monitoring and Contract Fees reporting • Responsible for ALPIN and Artworks request coordination • Lead planning meetings and discussions with CMOs to review forecasts and CMO's capacity to understand CMO's ability to meet Roche requirements • Provide.
