Look no further A Managed Service Provider based in the beautiful region of Peterborough, are searching for a talented individual like you to join their dynamic team. The Helpdesk Manager will be in the office 3 days a week after probation. The Helpdesk Manager will lead a skilled team of helpdesk technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. Additionally, youll collaborate closely with other departments to enhance service levels and exceed customer expectations. This is a great opportunity for the Helpdesk Manager to potentially grow into a Head of IT position in 3/5 years time after the company expands its engineering team. Key skills the Helpdesk Manager will have: At least 1 years experience as an IT Manager or a team lead Previous experience of developing and managing a high performing team (At least 7 engineers) Excellent background in IT Helpdesk troubleshooting (Networking, Hardware, Software. MSP experience is highly desirable Good experience of escalation, incident and IT service Management frameworks Benefits: Starting salary between GBP40,000 and GBP50,000 per annum A discretionary bonus at the end of the year 28 days holiday plus bank holidays Pension Scheme Option to sell back 5 days holiday Regular social events (E. g Themed office days and bi: annual parties) Maternity/Paternity pay Free Parking.
