POSITION OVERVIEW To ensure customer and Mc Cormick quality standards are met, and to provide disposition for out of specification products. RESPONSIBILITIES The Quality Systems Analyst will Plan and participate in customer, regulatory, and vendor audits and visits. Work closely with plant teams to perform root cause analysis Assist in planning and executing corrective action plans Manage routine GMP and Sanitation audits Lead the day to day management of the existing HACCP plans (FSEP –based) Participate in or lead mock recalls and material traceability exercises Participate in the start-up of new processes from a food safety perspective Interact with customers at any and all levels required to establish and maintain effective business relationships Participate or lead the development of new or revised programs as assigned by the Quality Manager Identify opportunities for improved efficiency of operation (capital, expenses, people, equipment, etc. ) Assist the Quality Team.
