They prioritise staff and children's well-being and have a dynamic environment to help with professional growth. The Role: They are looking for a Registered Home Manager to join their team. They are seeking a driven individual to work with the senior leadership team and help drive company success. Duties: Prioritise childrens needs and staff development equally Manage the home effectively in line with policies and regulations inline with Ofsted Safeguard young people and enhance their engagement in education Collaborate with senior team for company growth Ensure consistent high standards of care, aligned with company vision Liaise with regulators, maintain documentation standards Maintain a safe, well-maintained environment Efficiently lead, delegate, and manage staffing Ensure compliance, readiness and maintain accurate records Handle complaints professionally Requirements: At least 2 years' experience in childrens residential setting in a senior role Minimum Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care Children and Young People Working towards or holding Level 5 qualification Ideal Possess a thorough understanding of Ofsted inspections and the requisite standards Problem-solving and Childrens Act knowledge Child Protection expertise Full UK Driving Licence What's On Offer: Salary: £45,000 - £47,500 Holidays: 32 Days Including bank Holidays 'Welcome' Bonus of £5,000 upon completion of probation Quarterly bonus up to £10,000 per annum Death in service insurance and Health Benefit Incl Health, Dental and optician Pure Gym membership or Retail vouchers Free 3 day stay at companies holiday home Important Information: We endeavour.
