Job Title: Senior Network and Systems Analyst Job Type: Permanent Location: London, United Kingdom Our client are a global Quantum Computing developer. Hybrid Working Available // Relocation Required // No Sponsorship Available Role: As Sr. Network and Systems Analyst, you will be part of the IT Engineering and Operations (E and O) team for Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific (EMEA/APAC). You will be responsible for managing and maintaining our organizations network and systems infrastructure. Your expertise in network design, troubleshooting, and system administration will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our network and systems environment. This role will work in partnership with the other E and O staff primarily based in the United Kingdom (U. K. ) with some additional support across the world. As a subject matter expert (SME), you will be a critical partner in helping to develop and execute an enterprise: wide IT strategy and roadmap that is aligned and positioned to innovate and deliver compelling business value on a global scale. Through partnership within and without IT, you will work to ensure stakeholders have access to our systems and services whenever and wherever they need them. Help design, implement, and maintain the organizations local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and other networking components. Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices. Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks or issues, and proactively implement solutions to optimize network performance and ensure high availability. Conduct regular network security audits, vulnerability backssments, and implement necessary measures to enhance network security.
