Im currently recruiting for a Sub Agent to work on HS2 in Coventry. As a Sub Agent, you will be responsible for assisting the Senior Site Agent in the management and delivery of construction projects within the HS2 framework, ensuring that they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Senior Agent in the management and delivery of HS2 construction projects in Coventry. Ensure that construction projects are delivered safely, to a high standard of quality, within budget, and on time. Collaborate with the design team to ensure that the construction projects are in compliance with the HS2 design and technical specifications. Manage the subcontractors and suppliers involved in the projects, ensuring that they deliver to the required standards and time: lines. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the HS2 client and local authorities. Prepare regular reports on project progress, highlighting any issues or risks that may impact the project delivery. Qualifications and Skills: Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. At least 3:5 years of experience in a similar role, working on large construction projects. Strong knowledge of HS2 technical standards, regulations, and processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage and motivate a team of professionals, including subcontractors and suppliers. Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and meet tight deadlines. Full UK driving license.
