IT Business Relationship Manager – Birmingham / Flexible The role holder for this position must be based in the UK with the ability to travel 2 days per week into any of the offices in the following locations, Birmingham, Cardiff, Leeds or Manchester. IT Business Relationship Manager required for a leading professional services company based in the UK to act as the ‘front of house’ for IT and work closely across the firm to ensure that technology is being used to support the firm’s strategy. This role will be focused on supporting the Company Commercial Practice Group and through close relationship management and by acting as the guardian for all new technology work, this role will be responsible for making sure their own IT Strategy is clearly articulated and all changes are effectively managed. The ideal candidate will have worked as a Business RM previously and have experience working closely with IT Teams. Excellent stakeholder management skills are a key requirement for this position. The salary for this position is between £60,000 and £70,000 per annum plus benefits. Key skills: Experience in working in relationship focused roles Proven track history of managing multiple demands across business focused functions resulting in clear development of change portfoliointeractionperience of managing conflicting requirements leading to an agreed resolution Experience of working closely with the senior leadership of organisations allowing a deep understanding of business strategy and direction Proven track history of presenting technology opportunities into business units and to the wider stakeholder community in non-technical language.
