Your Responsibilities As a Territory Aftermarket Business Manager for Ag &Turf Sales/Marketing, you will help dealers achieve outstanding aftermarket performance and connect deeply with their customers from the first day of ownership through the entire life cycle of the equipment making the John Deere experience a long-lasting and valuable one. You will be part of a team that calls on John Deere dealerships, independent resellers, wholesalers, and service providers across many different channels of distribution with the purpose of increasing Aftermarket (parts and service) sales through promotions, product knowledge, training, and customer support. In this role, you will also: Work directly with John Deere dealers to provide support for their Aftermarket strategy, including assistance with parts business growth plans and provide direct sales support for all parts, attachments, and service sales Work with John Deere Parts Operations, Logistics, Customer Support, and other territory field team members as needed to help dealers resolve complex issues related to parts availability, returns, shipping issues (such as damaged freight, delayed freight, etc. ) credits, etc. Call on a variety of non-John Deere resellers such as Independent.
