Position Summary Provide administrative support in the areas of Human Resource department to employees within the Burlington Facility. Responsible for collaborating with HR Manager in the implementation of key processes, including; communications, feedback, people reviews, backssments, compensation, benefits, development action plans, and recruitment. Regularly interfaces with shared services in support of employees and business operations. Essential Functions / Key Areas of Responsibility Establish and maintain effective partnerships with managers, supervisors, coaches and employees. Communicate and escalate issues to Human Resources Manager as appropriate. Promote a positive work environment with our employees, both on the manufacturing floor and in the office environment through daily interactions and through the administration of employee activities and programs. Assist with the coordination of the on-boarding process for new hires as required as well as the administrative life cycle of the employee within the company (onboarding, contract, update of HR system, etc. ). Establish and maintain accurate and complete employee records and files (both digital and paper) as required by Thales and statute to include adherence and completion of new hire and termination checklists. Manage the employee rewards program; order flowers and gift for employee life events (new born, death, retirement, get well) Work with payroll to provide bonus calculations, one-time payment information, misc. reimbursement payments, etc. Maintain employee re-check program to include conducting monthly criminal and credit re-checks, maintaining proper documentation...
