Our Client within the Housing Sector is currently recruiting for a Heating & Gas Compliance Officer to join their team as soon as possible. This is a full time, temporary position for approx 3 months with a possible permanent role in the new year, the ideal candidate will have experience of working within Asset Management or Compliance service, especially within a social housing environment. Our Client within the Housing Sector is currently recruiting for a Heating & Gas Compliance Officer to join their team as soon as possible. This is a full time, temporary position for approx 3 months with a possible permanent role in the new year, the ideal candidate will have experience of working within Asset Management or Compliance service, especially within a social housing environment. The propose of the role is to provide support to the Compliance Managers and Contract Managers. To work as a team to provide support activity that will include administrative tasks, arranging access, resident queries, data entry and ensuring accurate data is held within Apex and other systems. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Compliance Managers Provide project support to the team and lead on key administrative projects as required. Support the management and monitoring of relevant compliance contracts. Liaise with third parties, landlords and managing agents to obtain copies of the relevant certification for gas and electric to ensure compliancy. Co-ordinate priority / out-of-hours appointments with contractors. Requirements: Experience of working within Asset Management or Compliance service, especially within a social housing environment. Understanding of Compliance areas and requirements on housing organisations. Proven experience of performance-based management through KPI’s in a customer focused environment. Experience of managing and analysing large data sets, and ensuring taking responsibility for quality compliance data. Highly developed. Visit ListedBuy for more information.
