As a student Legal Assistant, you will provide essential administrative and support to the legal team within the company. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting legal department with a transfer of its files to a new legal database system. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Filing and assisting in implementation of the new legal software Assign retention dates to old files -Paper and electronic Audit Checks whenever required Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive information in accordance with ethical and legal standards. Collaborate with legal team as required. Other duties as required. WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED? Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Proficiency in using standard office software (e. g. Microsoft Office Suite). Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
