Customer Service Representative Supervisor Roles and Responsibilities: • Supervise and train customer service staff• Delegate daily duties to staff as per priorities• Monitor inventories and order supplies• Review, evaluate and amend service procedures• Handle customer issues, resolution and communicate escalated issues• Assist customer service staff with questions, concerns and service-related questions• Confirm staff’s adherence to company policies and procedures and report on performance• Communicate employee relation issues, concerns and incidents to management• Other relevant duties as required Requirements: • 2+ years’ experience• Completion of secondary school• Excellent communication skills and teamwork skills• Excellent problem-solving skills applying initiative and creative thinking to resolve conflict• Excellent organizational and time management skills for multi-tasking in a dynamic working environment• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills in all facets of duties and responsibilities• Attention to details in repetitive works• Proficiency and adaptability with the computer system Language of Work: English Job Location: Supply Rite Steel Inc.160 Konrad Crescent, Unit 7Markham, ON L3R 9T9 Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time - 40 hours per week Salary $62,000 (CAD) per year Group insurance benefits (co-pay program including life insurance, disability, medical, and dental; program participation is required) We thank you for your interest; however, please take note that we will be contacting only those candidates that have been selected for the next steps.
