The Role: Sales Manager This is a remote based role where you will be selling the company’ s wide range of Lighting & Electrical products across the South-East of England. Project-focussed selling into Electrical Contractors. As a Sales Manager, you will be tasked with further developing the Company’ s rapidly expanding client base, as well as managing an existing account. This is a wonderfully exciting position and offers a great opportunity to build upon an already successful region. Reporting to the UK sales Manager, you will work towards both Sales KPI’ s and financial targets. The Benefits: Sales Manager Up to £55k basic salary for the right candidate. OTE of over £70k – Significant Earning Potential. Company Car Phone and Laptop Company Pension 25 Days Annual Leave + BH. The Ideal Person: Sales Manager Previous field sales experience is essential for the role and you must have a proven track record of winning and developing business across the South East of England. You will have previous experience selling to electrical wholesalers and excellent experience selling to Electrical Contractors. You may be working for an Electrical Wholesaler in a field-based role, selling to Electrical Contractors. Knowledge of this territory and contacts within the electrical Contractor route to market is key. Characteristics of good planning, organisational skills and a flexible approach to workload demands are required for this role. You will be honest and reliable and able to manage your time.
