We currently have an opening for a full-time permanent Quality Process Engineer position. Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, as a Quality Process Engineer you are responsible to evaluate, monitor and improve the quality of our operational processes and outputs as necessary to maximize safety, efficiency, effectiveness, and workflow. In this role your duties will include the following: Develop and implement quality standards and quality control systems; Determine key organizational quality metrics and analyze quality trends; Collaborate with operations managers to review and revise quality documents; procedures, work instruction and forms to ensure a safe, efficient, standardized, and practical workflow; Develop new and amend current processes to support Conair’s operational requirements; Ensure workflows, processes, and products comply with safety and regulatory regulations; Perform audits and validate systems, establish critical processes, and prepare reports for performance, and possible improvements; Identify the root of technical issues and recommend fixes; Set priorities based on operational requirements and risks associated; Assist in strategic planning to identify key areas to improve quality and productivity; Acquire feedback on the developed or amended processes for continuous improvement; Provide guidance and training on quality processes; Support make or buy decision as well as acquisition and implementation of new.
