We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality and Compliance Officer to join our innovative and fast paced business. You will have a 'can do' attitude who can hit the ground running and be a successful contributor to a rapidly growing company. Job Summary: In this role you will be part of our ops team, reporting to the Operations Director but working closely with the wider business to create a culture of compliance. Key Responsibilities: Advise management to ensure company compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports Conduct regular internal audits and backssments to identify areas of non-compliance and determine whether policies and processes are compliant with the relevant laws and regulations In conjunction with management, investigate and create effective action plans in response to audit discoveries, compliance violations or adverse events Act as contact person and liaison between department heads and senior management Remain informed and up to date with environmental standards, laws and regulations Communicate confidentially with employees at all levels and address any concerns staff may have about ethical or other compliance matters within a department or division. Support request for Information (RFI) and request for quotation (RFQs) which are received by the business Provide hands-on team training, coaching and mentoring to management and employees to ensure all staff are informed of any legal changes and updates to compliance guidelines.
