Fusion are currently recruiting a Bar Manager for an exciting opportunity in Cork. Requirements: At least 3 years’ experience as a Bar Manager in a busy bar/hotel. Desire to develop, learn and lead. Strong training, communication, and leadership skills. Confidence in beverage menu planning and mixology. Key Duties: Assume full responsibility for the bar. Monitor bars overall service, interaction with other areas of the business, and team work daily, and encourage good relationships through good communication and regular meetings. Maintains safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by complying with health and legal regulations; maintaining security systems.
