Key Responsibilities: Developing and executing strategies for the assigned domain, aligning them with the overarching IT strategy and incorporating emerging IT technologies and trends. Assuming ownership of application management, including the management of Software as a Service Saa S solutions. Ensuring stable operational management and efficient control of applications and services under the unit's purview. Overseeing external IT service providers and maintaining effective working relationships. Crafting technical concepts to guide the implementation and improvement of IT solutions. Engaging in personnel and budget planning for the unit's responsibilities. Managing a team of direct reports, including executives, and serving as a role model for leadership. Setting, monitoring, and achieving goals, while efficiently managing resources for day-to-day operations. Implementing continuous improvements to enhance the unit's performance.
