Chatime (Portage) is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Food Counter Attendants. Position: Food Counter Attendants Wage: 16.00/hour Vacation Pay: 4% of gross salary. Working Hours: 8 hours/day & 40 hours/week Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent Location: 990 Portage Ave, Winnipeg, MB R3G 0R6 Canada Language: No specific requirements Responsibilities: - Receive and process customers' orders in an efficient and accurate manner. - Utilize both manual and electric appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim various food items. - Utilize specialized equipment to create hot beverages like coffee and tea specialties. - Provide service to customers at counters or tables, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously. - Maintain the stock levels of refrigerators and salad bars, while keeping meticulous records of the quantities of food utilized. - In some cases, handle payment transactions for purchased food items.
