About the Job Vacancy: At this time, Team Global Inc. is looking to hire a professional Recruitment Specialist. This is a hands-on position and will require you to work closely with employers and job seekers to ensure custom-fit services. The duties of a Recruitment Specialist will include: • Supervise several client accounts at a time• Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and lead recruitment of workers based on clients’ needs and/or special requests• Organize and overlook recruitment efforts – preparing job postings, arranging interviews, notifying applicants of selection outcomes, finalizing job offers, and conducting performance backssments• Advise applicants on employment requirements and on the terms and conditions of their employment• Advise managers and staff on staffing and recruitment policies and procedures as per federal and provincial employment standards• Ensure adherence to confidentiality policies and privacy legislation• Provide supervision and training for junior personnel, as needed A successful candidate must possess the following: • A University Degree or College Diploma• At least 1 - 2 years of experience in HR staffing or recruitment• Excellent communication skills and ability to deal professionally and discretely with sensitive issues and maintain.
