Facilities Helpdesk Administrator required in the Manchester area for an immediate start. This is a Temporary to Permanent role. The rate of pay is between GBP13.33ph : GBP14.94ph Duties and Responsibilities include: Raising PO, GRN PO, CAFM updates : training will be provided Create quotes for contractors and clients Providing information tracker updates Chase contractors and internal staff for updates Checking and providing a DBS tracker Support with minute taking and producing reports Any other reasonable duties as required Qualifications and Key Skills: Administration experience essential Facilities Administration experience preffered Reliable, can work with minimal supervision Must be proactive and effecient in their work Excellent communication skills If you are interested please apply below Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
