Randstad Education is currently working with a secondary school based in St Neots that is looking to recruit a Operations Manager to join their team in the coming months. This position is permanent 5 days per week. Job Responsibilities maintaining the security of the premises and its contents supervising cleaning staff. carrying out day: to: day maintenance and minor repairs. making sure that heating, lighting and alarm systems are working properly. monitoring the schools CCTV system Ensuring site safety by making safety inspections. Job Requirements Experience as a site officer or caretaker Ability to work well under pressure Ability to work as part of a team.
