Join our Group Communications and Infrastructure team and you'll work alongside experts in broadband, telephony, mobile, cloud and infrastructure. We're the team that designs, builds, supports, and maintains the telecoms networks across the whole Sky Group. Together, we help Sky broadband, mobile and TV enter new markets by creating a single and secure infrastructure for the amazing content and services that keep our customers coming back for more. You will be based in Sky Studios Elstree, Sky's brand-new Film Studio campus working alongside our technical support team. Provide technical support: Assist users with hardware and software issues, troubleshooting problems, and resolving technical difficulties promptly and efficiently. Helpdesk support: Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, or in-person, and provide timely resolution or escalation of issues to senior IT staff when necessary. Install and configure systems: Set up and deploy computer systems and peripherals for new employees or production teams. Maintain IT infrastructure: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including system updates, patches, and backups to ensure the stability and security of the network and servers. Network administration: Assist with network management tasks, such as user account management, network printer setup, and access control. User training and documentation: Conduct training sessions for users on basic IT procedures and software applications. Create and maintain technical documentation.
