About the Role You’ll be responsible for submitting completed bids at all stages to existing or prospective customers, on time and within budget, whilst ensuring all questions have been answered as fully as possible, positioning Morgan Sindall with the best possible chance of success. You’ll plan and manage all aspects of bids, ensuring effective and inspirational bid management and leadership is provided on all tenders, whilst establishing winning strategies, implementing writing plans for quality lead bids. Understanding and interacting with the overall Morgan Sindall business to allow projection of benefits to customers through our proposals, you’ll propose and deliver our commercial, programme and risk management strategies, whilst providing support and assistant to our bid team members. About You As Bid Manager, you’ll ideally be educated to HND and/or degree level, with a track record of winning profitable work within your role within Preconstruction. You will have extensive experience in the tendering process, you’ll have the ability to research our projects and clients to demonstrate an understanding of our client’s key drivers, effectively communicating our differentiators and approach. You’ll be competent in multiple software platforms including Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent. Experience in a previous estimating role would be preferred.
