Job Summary Now, if you were to come on board as one of our Cafe / Food Service Managers, we’d ask you to do the following for us: Drive the financial success of the unit's operation. Sets an expectation of hospitality that is friendly and engaging. Develops specialty menus and events per client needs, budget and unit guidelines. Ensures that all daily catering orders are processed and fulfilled to our partner and sector expectations. Lead all phases of food preparation, menu planning and development, operation planning and expenditures, budgeting, costing and maintaining proper inventory levels. Recruit, hire, schedule and perform general administrative duties. Conducts all employee reviews, coaching sessions and disciplinary actions in a professional manner. Ensure excellent client relationships and client satisfaction with the service and menu options.
