CNC Programmer Location: Warwick Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Monday: Thursday: 9am:5:30pm Friday: 9am:3pm Permanent We are currently recruiting for a CNC Programmer for a specialist manufacturing company based in Warwick. With impressive capabilities of low volume prototypes through to production our client is able to offer 3D Printing, Vacuum Forming, Injection Moulding, and Casting services as well as Metal Fabrication, CNC, and specialist composite manufacturing capabilities to their clients. Our client is looking to recruit a CNC Programmer to join their small, but successful team, on a full: time, permanent basis. This role is working Monday: Thursday from 9am:5:30pm and a Friday from 9am:3pm. The successful CNC Programmer will work with the Project Management Team coordinating live projects, to ensure correct information is being used, communicating with the supplier base to ensure projects are delivered on time. This opportunity provides the potential for supervisory development to oversee the function of the workshop. The CNC Programmer duties include: Project Management of inhouse manufacturing Workshop Duties to include: CNC Programming (Fusion 360) and setting (Other software experience considered) Knowledge of Win Max controls for Hurco 3: Axis CNC 3D Printing Assembly and Painting Moulding (RIM) planning and Management General Sheet metal fabrication Other duties to include: Responsible for supervising workshop operations Coordinate with logistics for collection and delivery of projects. Offer suggestions for continuous improvement to project management software and procedures. Report to Management on the performance of the QMS Project tracking documents to be updated and managed The ideal CNC Programmer: Experienced CNC programmer with knowledge of Winmax controls for 3: Axis Hurco CNC machines General Workshop experience across the areas of 3D printing, general assembly and painting, sheet metal fabrication Workshop supervisory.
