We are looking for an editor to join our team. Languages• English Education• Bachelor's degree Experience• 2 years to less than 3 years Computer and technology knowledge• MS Excel • MS Outlook • MS Word Work conditions and physical capabilities• Fast-paced environment • Work under pressure • Tight deadlines • Attention to detail Personal suitability• Accurate • Client focus • Efficient interpersonal skills • Excellent written communication • Flexibility • Initiative • Judgement • Organized Job duties• Evaluate suitability of material for publication, broadcast or publication on Internet • Detect and correct errors in spelling, grammar and syntax • Shorten or lengthen copy • Confer with authors, staff writers, reporters and others regarding revisions to copy • Plan and implement layout or format of copy according to space or time allocations and significance of copy • Write or prepare introductions, marketing and promotional materials, bibliographic references, indexes and other text Wage: $27.69 per hour Work hour: 35 to 40 hours per week Work location: 8877 Odlin Cr.
