Their experienced team and dedicated PBS practitioner ensure adherence to the latest PBS framework, enhancing positive outcomes for service users. The Role: They are looking for a Childrens Home Manager to join their team. You will support children and young people with complex needs to live independently, promoting fulfilling experiences in the home and community. Responsibilities: Maintain Ofsted compliance standards, aiming for a minimum 'Good' rating. Safeguard and personalise placements for young people. Foster quality services for long-term placements and outstanding outcomes. Ensure effective record-keeping, progress monitoring, and service delivery. Support Registered/Acting Managers, uphold adequate staffing levels, and ensure staff retention. Oversee staff training, evaluations, and policy updates. Conduct in-depth audits and liaise with relevant professional bodies. Address health and safety requirements promptly and liaise with Ofsted. Requirements: At least 4 years experience as a Health and Social Care Manager in a childcare setting Proficient in adhering to Ofsteds childrens home regulations. Hold essential Level 5 Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare certification. Possession of a valid Full UK driving license.
