Our service ranges from stage design, lighting, audio and video recording and production, event planning, photography etc. and we provide a wide variety of solutions, including advertising, broadcasting and networking, news, digital recording, and motion pictures. Currently, we are looking for a full-time Production Manager (NOC 50011) to plan, produce and deliver the projects with high quality. Job Duties: 1. Develop, produce and monitor projects in areas of sound, lighting, video and rigging for the entire production phases2. Meet clients and evaluate clients’ needs for the project and provide proper solutions3. Create a list of material and labour required for the project scope, including schedules, work plans, budget, resources allocation, timing, and estimated deliveries4. Coordinate all change requests with the client, oversee events’ premises, site preparation, and equipment installation based on the proposed schedule5. Establish work procedures and, gives guidance to team members, liaise with all stakeholders to resolve unexpected issues6. Monitor the quality of work executed according to the company standards and ensure compliance with regulations7. Track project progress and prepare the associated reporting and documentation 8. Ensure the health and safety on sites through training and prevention to eliminate the potential risks9. Plan the workforce needs according to the upcoming projects, hire and train new staff as needed Qualifications:1. A university degree or college diploma in audiovisual, communication, broadcasting,.
