We are currently looking for a Quality Control Inspector on a night shift for our Calgary RSC. Here’s where you’ll be focusing: Location: 3440 56 Ave. S. E. Calgary Alberta T2C2C3 Shift: 8:30 PM to 4:30 AM Inspect inbound fruits & vegetables according to established Standard Operating Procedures and specifications which includes random sampling and defect identification Reject and document product that does not meet specifications Monitor inventory by completing daily cooler inspections; report inferior quality to appropriate team for recommended action Monitor RSC handling and storage procedures in conjunction with RSC Management (i. e. cold chain management and slotting) Verify weight, temperature, size, pressure test, refractometer test, package and pallet integrity of product Identify superior quality of produce and communicate.
