Their state-of-the-art facility houses a modern cinema, a vibrant cafe, and a stylish bar, all designed to provide guests with an unforgettable experience. Role Overview: As the Cinema Cafe and Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the cinema, cafe, and bar areas. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience, from the moment they step into our venue until they leave. Your expertise in hospitality management, team leadership, and customer service will be essential in driving the success of this multi-purpose event venue. Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead a team of dedicated staff members, including cinema attendants, baristas, bartenders, and waitstaff. Create and implement efficient operational procedures to ensure smooth service delivery across the cinema, cafe, and bar areas. Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer service throughout the venue. Develop and execute innovative marketing and promotional strategies to attract a diverse range of customers and increase footfall. Collaborate with Bar Operations Manager and coordinators to ensure seamless execution of events and functions held at the venue.
