Social Media Manager Location: Central London – Hybrid Salary: Up to £45,000I am working with a client based in West London, and they are looking for a Social Media Manager to join their business and take full control They are looking for someone who is creative and can come up with new ideas as well as manage their social media. Responsible for the creation, scheduling & monitoring of content across our social media channels. The Content Marketing Executive will be obsessed with the latest trending sounds, have a keen eye for the composition of cutting-edge photography and videography, and know their way around scheduling and reporting tools. Key responsibilities: Own the day-to-day execution of the marketing calendar across print, digital & social Be the custodian for “what good looks like” across the business ensuring campaigns land with impact Be the point person for customer feedback – managing customer interaction and reporting on brand sentiment Support the marketing manager in planning and executing all new store openings Support the marketing manager in planning and executing all local marketing initiatives Assist with the organisation and execution of campaign-level shoots & creative development Monitor competitor and industry trends to make recommendations for the continued evolution of our brand Oversee our social media channels with agency support and gather on-the-ground content Gather content to support the overall marketing plan Create compelling posts using graphic overlays with platforms like Canva or Photoshop Facebook ads manager experience preferred but not essential Monitor competitor and industry trends to make recommendations for the continued evolution of our brand Measures for success include: - Follower growth & engagement- Increase direct action taken from our channels, e. g. visit website, purchase etc- Overall execution of brand vision- Quick reactions to trends that allow Island Poké to join in the conversation-.
