They are looking for a Technical Support Consultant to join the team to provide Hardware and Software support for a large HPC (High Performance Computing) systems for a prestigious UK customer located in the Heathrow area. You will be working as part of a dedicated team to deliver preventive and reactive support which will also require taking part in a 7x24 hour on: call rota to ensure compliance with the Service Level Agreement, and when not on call you will be fully: remote. Requirements: : Obtained degree level or equivalent. : 5 years of experience of HPC systems or Linux Systems. : Experience with parallel filesystems, such as lustre, is desirable. : Client: based experience (bonus) : Client Facing experience and good communication skills : Currently holding Security Clearance or expired within 12 months Apply now as interviews are already being scheduled.
